Despana

Despana opened their first Manhattan charcuteria last year; in addition to supplying cold cuts to fancy pants restaurants, they also sell sandwiches, Spanish food sundries and delicious cheese. Recently the sandwiches haven't been all that great, the Sullivan Street Bakery supplied bread was a little too hard for comfort today.
