Holy moly cow they sure do things bigger (better?) in Queens. Today we sat down to a table loaded with over 10 banchan (side dishes)!! Who needs entrees when the appetizers are so numerous and wonderous. The selleongtang (su-long tang) at San Soo Kap San on Union Street was perfect coming out of the snow flurried morning although Gahm Mi Oak's oxtail soup is to be preferred. And here is the best part of the meal, it only cost $15 for all of that. For both of us. That's almost worth the subway ride to Flushing.
