One last repast of indulgence at Noho Star today. The restaurant's exterior and decor is a bit odd but don't let that turn you off. The food is surprisingly good despite a menu that spans tea sandwiches, burgers, potato pancakes and "chinese classics". If only the prices started at $3 less than what is listed, Noho Star could be a more regular lunch spot.
