4:00pm cookies

Frankly, I've grown a bit tired of cookies. They are starting to become a chore to eat. American style cookies that is. When I spotted these ice-box cookies, I was excited to find a new snack. Reminds me of the cookies that are made with the left-over dough when you make checkerboard cookies. Not too sweet, a bit of cocoa, perfect at 4:00pm.
