A delicious lunch discovery today with Ray, Aurora Ristorante - the newest Soho branch of an old Brooklyn favorite. Made-on-the-premises food makes for a light and tasty panini, the ingredients shine coupled with slightly chewy yet somehow still crisp bread. The pappardelle, like the panino, was fresh and perfectly portioned. The crowning feature, however, has to be the affordable lunch prices, sandwich for under $10? Count us in.
