4:00pm peanut butter cookie

We were so surprised by the sandy texture of this peanut butter cookie that we called Birdbath Bakery to confirm their intentions behind the crumbliness. And sure enough the cookie is supposed to feel like you're eating pure peanut butter in cookie form. It melts in your mouth. A tall glass of milk, not a short shot of espresso, would be a most appropriate accompaniment.
