Palacinka

Sunny weather must put us in the mind for Palacinka for the afternoon light just pours into the space. A classic lunch today of a ham, guyere and egg crepe followed by a butter and sugar one. The butter and sugar crepes have, of late, been a little hit or miss. Today's was too light on the butter and too heavy on the vanilla essence.
