4:00pm whoopie pie

We had the good fortune to be in Red Hook yesterday where friends introduced us to Baked, a bakery and bake shop. It was impossible to choose, everything looked delicious so we left with enough desserts for several days of tasting. First up - whoopie pie with vanilla butter cream. Confirming our trusted friend's recommendations, we find the whoopie pie to be delectable. The chocolate is not too sweet, the butter cream a lovely contrast. Baked is out of the way, but worth making your way over.
