Bún

02-13 Bun
There is nothing less authentic than the presence of Berkshire Pork in a traditional Vietnamese vermicelli noodle dish, especially since Berkshire pigs originated in Britain, but that's not why we return to Bún. We go because sometimes you don't want traditional, sometimes you want different. In this case we wanted a refined, fattier cut of pork over a slightly more elegant bowl of noodles.
