Bún

Completely inspired by MUG's post today on phở, we popped over to Bún for a vague taste of home. While it's not exactly authentic home cooking, there is something about the presence of nước mắm (fish sauce) that makes anything genuinely Vietnamese. The portions at Bún are small, but that's just an excuse to order appetizers to share, like the tiger shrimp salad pictured above.
