Our camera is not fancy enough to accurately render the heaps of steam rising off this bowl of sun dubu (tofu) jjigae (stew) or soon doobu, as Li Hua spells it. Today's particular version is tofu and kimchi but it comes many ways and is often ordered to share family style. The stews are always served in hot stone bowls, guaranteeing that they arrive to your table bubbling hot.
