Seems like everyone's feeling pretty dreary on this chilly gray and drizzly Monday, making it an ideal day for a hot bowl of ramen. Although it's not so ideal for trekking up to try out the latest addition to the NYC ramen scene, Setagaya. But when you're perched on a bar stool, slurping perfectly cooked noodles staring out at the miserable wetness, it's worth the trip. The shio ramen at Setagaya boasts slightly different flavorings than the others, apparently they have a secret weapon in their ingredients arsenal.
