Damn good! The walnut cookie is so simply tasty it's as if Pichet Ong mixed up a bunch of butter, some sugar, an egg, dash of flour and a handful of walnuts. Then he baked it and personally sold it to us yesterday. Really, he did.

Pichet called it a walnut ball. It can also be referred to as a walnut snowball cookie.
