We'd been waiting patiently to get a taste of this cookie. For being so chocolate-heavy (the dough seems to have chocolate swirls), it's surprisingly light tasting. Though a bit too much vanilla extract, but still definitely enjoyable. Would be nice with a little salt.

I never thought I'd see a chocolate chip cookie from that close of a perspective. Mmm...and I don't ever have to again. :p
