The pasta and sandwiches at Quartino may be incredibly fresh (and as they say - all organic) but the real reason we indulge in a civilized lunch in their charming backyard garden is the freshly squeezed lemonade. Combating a muggy summer day is never easy but the lemonade here helps for it is tart and tangy with a hint of raw sweetness.
