This morning I happened to be in the West Village where I took a moment to stop by Claude's for one of his perfect quiches, per this short review on SE:NY. But then! The Wandering Eater puts up this completely irresistible, nostalgia-filled photo of a Ho-Ho inspired Thomas Keller creation. Which promptly inspires us to take a walk in the afternoon to the local grocery store in search of the original thing. And if you can believe this, we failed. No Hostess products whatsoever! Our quest continues.
At least our consolation afternoon treat, the delectably delicious quiche from Claude, was no slouch of a snack.
