Surprise of all surprises, the New Museum could be a new source for afternoon desserts! The ginger cookie we picked up as part of the "lunch special" was astonishingly good. It's thin with an even layer of sugar crystals covering the entire oversized cookie. The texture balances perfectly between some crunch and some chewiness permeated by a simply delightful ginger spiciness.
