Thanks for the tip ladies... I live in Montgomery, where we are lucky to have Saigon Deli, a tiny, family run Vietnamese noodle place. The (adult) kids run the front, while Mom and Dad cook... quite literally a "Mom and Pop" operation. I am quite addicted to their Pho.
Next time we are in the 'Ham we might have to give Phở Hoàng a try.
