Yum, yum - another reliable lunch of Japanese-ish style fried chicken from Lovely Day. As always the service is a trifle on the slow side but the restaurant makes up for that in their charming ramshackle atmosphere. Today we ventured beyond the fried chicken to try the Lovely Day coleslaw salad and vegetable dumplings. Results: coleslaw nice and spicy, maybe a bit too much mayonnaise; dumplings not worth ordering again.
