Shopsin's General Store

It's been a year since we took the long walk to Shopsin's in the LES for lunch but the memory of the sloppy joe sliders has never been far from our minds. And then after reading about the "best sliders in New York City" we could not dismiss the chanting in our heads - sliders! sliders! sliders! So we head over today for a sliders kind of lunch, a trio of sloppy joes and one of cheeseburgers. Our meal looked (and tasted) so good the table next to us ordered the exact same thing. 100% worth the long walk.
