Ray popped by on this slow holiday Monday for lunch at our favorite Chinatown-based Vietnamese restaurant, Xe Lửa. Bò lúc lắc literally translates to "shaking beef", referring to the action of shaking the cubed pieces of beef in a wok as they cook. It's not often found as a lunch option but Xe Lửa offers a smaller portion over rice, perfect for lunch. A very satisfying meal with Ray. And Xe Lửa continues to remain our recommended Vietnamese go-to spot.
