Hurrah for unexpected holiday gifts, particularly ones from the famed Zingerman's Bakehouse in far off Michigan. Tonya's the best! Mandelbread is considered equivalent to biscotti except it comes from Eastern European Jews and is maybe a bit more dense. A lovely afternoon dipping sweet for our coffee today.
