The combination of passing the LEED exam this morning and the supremely bizarre warm weather led us to Ed's Lobster Bar for an indulgent and summer-like lunch with Ray today. Normally we give in to the urge for a lobster roll but the fried clam roll was calling our name this afternoon. And good thing we heeded the call - what a delicious sandwich! The clams were lightly coated, perfectly fried and piled up over a homemade tartar sauce on a buttered roll. The perfect lunch to celebrate.
