On uninspiring days, comfort food prevails. Young chow fried rice is possibly a truly perfect dish. Perfect because it could be craved at all hours of the day. Nyonya serves a reliable one. Oh, and regretfully there will be no time for dessert today. Off to meetings for the rest of the day.
