Ever since local favorite, Bánh Mì Số 1 changed hands, their sandwiches have been rather sub-par. Today, however, with the luck of some fresh bread, the bánh mì chả was not so bad! Maybe the new ownership is still settling in and we shouldn't write them off so quickly.

Oh, no! New owners and subpar banh mi at Banh Mi Saigon? Their roasted pork is/was such flavor awesomeness! I haven't had one in a few months. I'll be sure to pick one up soon, but obviously with adjusted expectations...
