There is not much more we can say about Eileen's except we love almost everything that comes out of her bakery, including this non-cheesecake newcomer, a carrot cake cupcake. It's nice when a bakery produces consistently good desserts to the extent that you know you could try almost anything and be guaranteed a certain level of quality.
