8 Mile Creek, with Thu

You might think after 2.5 years of writing about lunch every single working day we might know all there is to know about eating lunch out but sometimes things slip by even the most intrepid of eaters. To be fair I don't think Eight Mile Creek has always served lunch, it's always seemed more of a bar/tavern, but we should have gone sooner. The meat pie, mashed potatoes and gravy was yummy and I think we've got a new fish and chips standard. Don't let the emptiness turn you away, this is a lunch spot worth exploring further.
