4:00pm honey apple cake

I know this could be considered heresy in many circles, but we haven't been that impressed lately with the desserts coming out of Bouchon Bakery. One would think Thomas Keller, the perfectionist, would not be a proponent of such over sweetness. Granted we picked up this honey apple cake at Dean & Deluca's so it's probably not 100% fresh but still.
