Ah shockingly remiss in our dessert post for yesterday, and especially after Shawn lovingly made this chocolate cake by hand! Yes folks, he mixed the batter the old fashioned way, by hand. I occasionally mix batters by hand too but mostly because I'm too lazy to drag out the big heavy mixer and then wash the beaters afterward.
