Get ready to welcome a new face to the local eating scene - The Village Tart. Currently in soft openings, we got a peek last night and walked out with a box of treats for dessert today. And we're happy to report the bits and bobs we just snacked on are rather delicious. If their savory menu is as full of promise as the sweets, then we're looking forward to lunch there very soon.
