The great thing about working in a large open space is even when we're still too swamped to leave (eek yes going on day 3 now), we have a ready set of lunch companions. For the 3 vegetarians in the office, Saha, Matt and Karen plus 1 supporter of vegetarian foods, Spencer, we recommended the stir fry vegetables served over crispy egg noodles (not shown here). What's nice about Xe Lua is they deliver 2 separate containers of this dish so the noodles can be as crispy or soggy as you like. Comments included: "tofu was excellent", "noodles were almost too crunchy", "noodles were good crunchy [altho} I agree that more sauce would have been nice".
