4:00pm banana coconut bundt cake

Wow, so moist and absolutely delicious! A tad sweet, but wow. Picked this up after a museum visit yesterday and hesitated as there are some here in the office who don't really like coconut (but why would you not???), but so glad I stuck to my instincts. We very much wish Yura were closer to our office. Our last visit there, also on a cold afternoon, as we all remember well from the historical presidential inauguration, was really good too.
