Village Tart, the much anticipated newcomer to the neighborhood has just opened to regular hours. It's already brought in a favorable review from friend and dessert connoisseur, Kathy over at SE so I stopped by to check it out. An enticing display of delicate desserts is lovingly spread over the entire counter. They are still working out the kinks but the cash register is open and the desserts are waiting to be devoured. I couldn't decide which to try so I'm going to start on the left and work right. Today begins with a very promising start in the little bite size rugalah.
