We're accumulating a nice mass of neighborhood lunch mates, among them the great people behind the scenes at the Storefront for Art and Architecture. We walked over in brilliant winter sunshine to Emporio, where the menu was so appealing that none of us could really decide what to eat. In the end there were 3 pastas for the 3 ladies and 2 panini for the 2 gentlemen. All 3 pastas were remarkably fresh and good, I might have to go back and try some more. The panini, as Cesar remarked, was good and clearly made of good ingredients but not necessarily remarkable.
