I'm not a fan of feeling rushed, but today I'm feeling rushed. So much to do with so little time. In such cases, Banh Mi's are a no-brainer. Cheap, fast and fabulous which are 3 things that do not co-exist in our field; everybody wants it, nobody can attain it. Thank goodness that's not the same with food.
