As you can see I got half way through lunch before remembering to take a photo! Oops. Well at least two quarters of a cured sweet sausage and fontina hot pressed sandwich look as nice as a whole one would have. Pressed sandwiches always take longer than I want them to but in the winter hot food is always worth waiting for.
