No lunch in Chinatown proper is complete without stopping by a hot cakes stand, or as they may be more popularly known, Hong Kong cakes. We always get a couple bags, one that we eat walking back to the office while they're still hot and fresh, and one for a late afternoon dessert. I particularly love them in the winter when frozen fingers are warmed by the hot cakes.
