4:00pm chocolates

Thank you to Patrick who was generous enough to bring in a big tub of chocolates to the office. And these are no ordinary chocolates, they are some really tasty and socially responsible chocolates! The big tub holds a variety of their offerings so I started out with the 77% Davao from the Phillipines - and wow - it's interestingly fruity/sour with intense richness - in a good way. I'm looking forward to trying the other ones!
