4:00pm tangerine sorbetto

It's a little strange that the tangerine sorbetto did not come out in a beautiful rounded mound of a scoop, instead it's just flatly scrapped up against the side of the dish. Weird right? Seems very un-Mario Batali-like. And makes for a not great photo. But still was very tasty and tangerine-y.
