We don't eat at Cafe Colonial very often. Despite the uber charming atmosphere, the menu just doesn't speak to us. On the other hand we are quite sad to see it may not endure the onslaught of trendy eateries popping up all over the neighborhood. It is, after all, a long time local fave and I will truly miss the warm steak salad.
