4:00pm walnut cookie crisp

I think this walnut cookie crisp, or whatever its official name may be, is my favorite new cookie. It has the taste of homemade but with walnuts. On muggy humid days the crisp becomes more like soggy but that's kind of true of all pastries that require crunch.
