Taro filling is perhaps my favorite Chinese pastry filling, and who isn't drawn to the mysterious purple hue? This goopy ball of mochi and taro, was a bit off in it's proportions and a bit wet for my taste, however the flavors were right on. Slightly sweet and filling with a dusting of chew from the coconut flakes.
