A little bit of everything is happening downstairs at the Lafayette Espresso Bar, including sandwiches, salads, bags of cookies and goodies, freshly made juices and even yes, espresso. An initial taste of the triple ginger cookie (yum! gingery!) indicates only good things. I think they should invest in a toaster and offer up toasted peanut butter and condensed milk sandwiches for an afternoon snack.
