Inspired by this photo from Village Voice's 100 daily eats and memories of Cyclo as one of the first non-Chinatown restaurants to do Vietnamese food with flair, but yet too lazy to venture far on a rainy cool day, we decided to make do with Pho Bang. We didn't want to get our hopes up because it was already 1pm when we left the office (and thus late) but lucky for us they still had plates of bánh cuốn (Vietnamese rice crepe) available.
Pho Bang, 157 Mott St, NY, NY 10013 (btwn Grand and Broome)
