Our current love affair with Shanghai Cafe is leaving us little room for other options once we've turned the corner from Hester onto Mott. But today we set out firmly for a roast duck noodle soup for me and some fish congee for M, no deviations in mind. We allocated 45 minutes for lunch but it only took 20. So we stood, satiated and content, on a sunny street corner for awhile.
