It's Hong's last lunch before she jetsets back to Berlin and per her request, we had our perfect meal for three at Shanghai Cafe: soup dumplings, shredded pork, pickled cabbage over rice cakes and dry sauteed string beans. Everything was a solid and satisfying good. The soup dumplings were not as spectacular as last time, the rice cakes were better than the time before and the string beans were tasty but a tad over cooked. All in all, still one of our favorite lunches.
