4:00pm lime cornmeal cookie

M. thinks this lime cornmeal "cookie" tastes more like a cornmeal muffin but I am inclined to think it's neither here nor there. Regardless of how we would describe it in words, we both agree it was a nice break from a more traditional cookie.
