Even though the quality of Claude's croissants seem to be in constant debate, the quality and yummi-ness of their apricot tart still seem to hold. The tart, a day old, still tasted fresh and crusty, with the not too sweet custard center. Although reading back to our own previous posts, it seems that it too has had its off days..
