Financier, like Oro, often wins our vote for best bang for buck in the dessert category. Their desserts are reliably consistent, good and reasonably priced - that's a lot of compliments, but then again we are big fans. And now we're happier fans because they have just opened an Astor Place location, which puts us a little closer to them than Wall Street. Thanks John for picking up Sunday afternoon treats that have made it into a Monday dessert post.
