La Nueva Conquista

Having spent the entire morning out of the office at meetings, and the lack of lunching partner waiting for me back at the office, I couldn't get myself to spend another hour being away from the office.  Being that it's almost the holidays, no matter.  What I wanted was something reliably good, comforting and quick.  The roast pork with rice and beans and plantains fits the bill to a T.  Wasn't too happy about the additional price hike up to $8.
